For too long I've been searching for a steady solution about the following: Does a bleed ended by Spying Mission burns Protected Resources? I hope we can come to terms at once

[OBF] Only usable when a bleed would be successful. The bleed burns no pool; it is unsuccessful. Instead, put this card on the acting vampire. The next time this vampire successfully bleeds the same Methuselah, burn this card for +2 bleed.

Protected Resources

Master.
Put this card in play. You do not burn more than 2 pool when a minion bleeds you, regardless of the amount of the bleed. Burn this card if a minion you control successfully bleeds.

Protected Resources does not burn.

Gratitude for the rapid answer! One more thing and i'm out: Can Spying Missions pile up? Do they burn each other? Based on the previous example i'd think they can pile up.

Yes you can have multiple spying missions on the one minion against the same Methuselah.
