2. If someone is rescued from torpor, do they come into play tapped?

First off, here is the link to the rulebook: vekn.net/rulebook. It can be very confusing at times and I think that much of the wording has semantic issues and can be interpreted differently by different people. These questions are pretty clear though.

1. Is Diablarie a +1 Stealth Action? No. It is a direct (D) action and as with all D actions (directed at a Methusaleh or a minion), including bleeds, enter combat with a minion, etc., it is a default 0 stealth action and can only be blocked by the minion's controller unless you play a card that says otherwise (Eagle Sight, Falcon's Eye). If you are diablerizing your own vamp, that would be an indirect action and, like all undirected actions (hunt, equip, recruit ally, employ retainer) would be at +1 stealth by default and can be blocked by your prey and predator only (unless someone plays Eagle Sight, etc.).
2. If someone is rescued from torpor, do they come into play tapped? They remain tapped if they were tapped or untapped if they were untapped. They didn't take the action there.
3. If someone rescues themself from torpor, do they come into play tapped? Yes, because as with all actions, they have to tap to take the action (unless a card they play says to untap afterwards, or not to tap for the action).
4. If someone comes into play from torpor, and the card 'Gran Madre di Dio, Italy' is in play, do they burn a blood and come into play tapped? No, since that vampire was already in play, they were controlled and was just in torpor. "Come into play" means flipping them face up when they are becoming controlled after being uncontrolled (this includes being in the ash heap, face down in your uncontrolled region, or face down in your crypt). Gran Madre di Dio, Italy says: When your predator or prey puts a minion in play in any phase except the untap phase, that minion is tapped. If that minion is a younger vampire, he or she burns 1 blood. So it doesn't apply in this case.

1. Is Diablarie a +1 Stealth Action?

[The diablerie] action has a default +1 stealth and is undirected if the acting vampire and the vampire in torpor have the same controller; otherwise it is simply a {0 stealth} directed action.

2. If someone is rescued from torpor, do they come into play tapped?

Only if they were tapped while in torpor.

3. If someone rescues themself from torpor, do they come into play tapped?

A vampire must tap to attempt any action, including the leave torpor action.

4. If someone comes into play from torpor, and the card 'Gran Madre di Dio, Italy' is in play, do they burn a blood and come into play tapped?

A vampire in torpor is already "in play", but not ready, so it is unaffected by GMdDI.

Vampires can be "put into play" at the end of your influence phase after transfers are finished, or created from cards such as The Embrace, Creation Rites, or Bamba. These are affected by GMdDI.

1. Is Diablarie a +1 Stealth Action?

If it's one of your own vampires being killed, yes. (Rare, but does happen.) If it's someone else's, no.

This action has a default +1 stealth and is undirected if the acting vampire and the vampire in torpor have the same controller; otherwise it is simply a directed action.

2. If someone is rescued from torpor, do they come into play tapped?

If rescued by another minion, they come into the ready region in whatever state they were in. Rescuing doesn't change their tappedness.

3. If someone rescues themself from torpor, do they come into play tapped?

Nit: you don't rescue yourself, you "leave torpor". This matters because a few cards give you bonuses on "rescue" actions.

Starting the leave torpor action will tap you, just the same as other actions. Successfully leaving torpor won't tap you in any special way, so if you untap in during the action somehow (e.g. using your Rutor's Hand), you'll stay untapped.

4. If someone comes into play from torpor, and the card 'Gran Madre di Dio, Italy' is in play, do they burn a blood and come into play tapped?

No. The torpor region is still 'in play'. A vampire leaving torpor is not being put 'into play', just moving into the ready region.
