What is the Target Vitals being played on? Where is the one agg damage coming from? The Ivory Bow in the initial post, or an aggravated damage hand strike (say, with a claw), or similar?
If so, there is no normal damage.

"X+2" where x is current blood on vamp, and the equation equals "what i need to burn vampire" is the incomplete equation. If you have flamethrower and mass realities, its basically that equation, with nothing else involved. Its rare that you ONLY have big agg with no normal. If you target vitals, the damage is done(2 more target damage) then the agg (lets say one).

Additional damage inherits all of the properties of the base damage (So the +1 damage from lucky blow is aggravated for Basilia).

not sure if it's the right topic but... taking aggravated damage during an action (either in a combat or after some action modifier) and going to torpor allows me to play freak drive to untap the acting vampire going to torpor?

If you can pay the cost.
And meet the requirements (mainly inferior Freak Drive which needs a successful action).

In general, being in torpor doesn't stop you playing action modifiers if you're the acting minion. So someone in torpor who is taking a "leave torpor" action or Movement of the Slow Body or similar can play all manner of action modifiers on it.

Action modifiers cannot be played by a vampire in torpor unless that vampire is the acting minion. [RTR 19970306]
