Carrion Crow & Dam the heart's river

Hello.

There is a combat between Nizzam and Bobby Lemon, who have 3 blood on him.

Nizzam play Dam the Heart's River (sup), and Carrion Crow.

Nizzam choose hand strike, Bobby choose Hand strike.

Strike resolution : do bobby pay 1 blood for his strike before taking damage from Carrion Crow ? Or do we do the carrion damage before paying cost, leaving him bloodless ?

If Bobby can pay one blood for his hand strike, is he send into torpor before the resolution of the 2 aggravated from Nizzam ?

Carrion crow :
Only usable before range is chosen.
[ani] The opposing minion takes 1R damage each round of combat during strike resolution. A vampire can play only one Carrion Crows each combat.
[ANI] As above, but for 2R damage.

Strikes are chosen (and resolve) long before any damage is done, so yes he can pay the blood for his hand strike. Non-aggravated damage is always resolved first, so the damage from carrion crows empties him and sends him on the way to torpor, and then the agg hands burns him.

Is the +1 damage to Nizzam's hand strike from the inferior version +1 agg or non-agg damage?

Agg, it adds damage to the strike so it inherits all qualities of said strike. Similar to how if he would use torn signpost or fists of death (imagining he has potence) would make all the damage aggravated.
