Hi!
When adding counters to Illusory resources during untap, does the blood can from the vampire or from blood bank?
+1 stealt action. unique
Put this card in play with one counter. During your untap phase a ready vampire with
you control can move 1 blood to this card. You can burn x counters from this card to reduce a bleed against you by x.

It comes from the vampire, otherwise there would be no point in specifying the vampire it comes from but it would just say 'during your untap move 1 blood to this card from the blood bank'

Not really. Even if the blood came from the blood bank, the amount that goes onto it in the untap phase would be the number of vampires with Chimestry.
However given that it would be really overpowered if that were the case, I am assuming that the Vampires have to use their own blood.
Edit: Nevermind. I think the during X do Y rule overrides this anyway.

(Un-striking for readability.)
Even in the situation where that happened (which as you note, it doesn't), you wouldn't expect the current phrasing with "a ready vampire... can move" if the blood came from the blood bank. It would more likely be something like "During your untap phase, put 1 blood on this card from the blood bank for each [blah] you control." There'd be no need for it to be phrased as the vampire moving it.
