Do all newer reprinted cards supersede older versions? Like Hidden Lurker, delaying tactics, misdirection, concealed weapon and so on?

yes. in most card games, there's a Most Recent Printing rule where reprints are used to spread errata.

I don't think there's a record of just the errata'd cards, though i could be wrong.

Jyhad Claws of the Dead not having vic draft text is quite a downer......

The only source for up-to-date cardtexts is the cardlist .

Do not trust printed cards, as they could:
- no be up-to-date (Majesty does cost 1 blood, sorry Jyhad fan-boys)
- be incorrect (latest print of Approximation of Loyalty reads "Only usable by a vampire of capacity 5 or more" when it should read "Only usable by a vampire of capacity 7 or more")
- have been errated (Villein now only affects your own Minion Taps, not those of other players).
