Disputed Territory v. Location Equipment Cards

So what happens when I use Disputed Territory to gain control of a Location equipment card such as Anakara's Citadel or Palatial Estate?

Palatial Estate: This equipment card represents a location and does not count as equipment while in play. Unique. During your master phase, the vampire with this location gains 1 blood.

Both cards reference that the vampire has the location, but not what would happen were the controller to change.

Equipments which are Locations (Loquipment):
•Loquipment doesn't count as equipment while it is in play. [RTR 19960112]
•Loquipment may be put on any minion if moved in an ambiguous fashion (by Disputed Territory, e.g.). If the new controller has no minions, the locquipment is burned. (Note: currently all moves are ambiguous - TOM). [RTR 19960112]
•Transferring Locquipment via Disputed Territory to the *same* Methuselah that currently controls the locquipment results in no effect - the locquipment cannot be moved to a different minion of the same Methuselah. [LSJ 19971002]
