Rack + stolen vampire

Hi!
During last night's game we had an interesting situation come up. Gloria Giovanni with The Rack targeting her got Form of Corrupted. We decided that The Rack still targets her, and she still gets the blood. The question is during who's untap is the blood gained? Does the controller in Rack's card text refer to controller of the vampire or The Rack?

Also, we ruled that since the Rack was still controlled by me, minions I control could not take take the action to 'steal' The Rack. Is this correct?

When this card is played or the controller of this card changes, the controller chooses a ready vampire he or she controls. During the controller's untap phase, the chosen vampire gains 2 blood. A vampire controlled by another Methuselah can steal this location for his or her controller as a action.

The Rack goes into play and is controlled by Player A.
Vampire X is chosen as the beneficiary of The Rack.
Vampire X changes controller permanently to Player B.

So "the controller" on the Rack is the controller of the Rack. So it happens during the untap phase of the Rack's controller.

You still control the Rack so you can't D action the Rack.
