Are Anarch Revolts cummulative? My playgroup says they are not and they say there is an old LSJ ruling about it. Many thanks in advance.

They are in fact cumulative. Anyone with a ready anarch is immune, however.

Everything is cumulative by default. Unless you have text such as is found on Army of Rats, two copies of the same card both apply their effect.
