Only usable by a vampire who has been chosen for a contract on the acting minion. This vampire attempts to block with +2 intercept and gets an optional maneuver in the resulting combat if successful. Usable by a tapped vampire even if intercept is not yet needed.
If the acting vampire strikes to end combat and continue the action, can the blocking minion attempt to block again without playing any additional cards?

You're tapped from the first successful block, so in the absence of a wake or untap card (or similar effect), you have no way of blocking. If you do play one of those, or are otherwise untapped somehow - say, Atonement - then you can block with the +2 intercept. Intercept and stealth persist for the action.
If you're tapped when you first played it, the card doesn't provide a lingering "Can block as if untapped" for the duration of the action. It's just a one off "You attempt to block" effect.
