Just wanting to check something after a recent game...

An effect which reads "XYZ may force a vampire to abstain during this referendum" will work to force a Priscus to abstain from casting ballots as well?

Note: The effect does NOT mention Votes, just 'to abstain'.

If a Priscus is forced to abstain or to change his votes, then this includes his ballots as well as his votes (if any) in the main referendum. [LSJ 19970224]

Note that this is valid for non-Priscii too.
If a vampire/ally/Methuselah is forced to abstain or to change his/her/its votes and / or ballots during a referendum, then this includes all his votes and / or ballots.
