Momentary delay vs other continue action as if unblocked effects

Hello!
For purposes of card Momentary Delay, does having multiple combats during action count as having more than one round of combat occurred? I think yes, but wanted to make sure the card is not referring simply to the latest successful block. Also same question for the "has ended combat" clause.
Example situation: some action, first block, acting minion plays form of mist, etc. Second block by Carlton, combat ends after one round and Carlton dodging. Now, can MD be played?
Momentary Delay
[Action Modifier] Action Modifier
Requires a vampire with capacity 7 or more.
Only usable at the end of an action blocked by an ally or a vampire of capacity 5 or less (after any combats). Not usable if more than one round of combat has occurred nor if this vampire has lost 3 or more blood this action or ended combat before the press step. The action continues as if unblocked.

That's more than one round of combat, so MD can't be played.

Every round of combat counts as a round of combat.

At the end of the action, yes. Making it unplayable after queued
combats (assuming the total number of rounds exceeded 1).
