Chameleon v Merged Vampire was created by prestonp
Wording of Chameleon
"Cost: X blood
+1 stealth action. Requires a baron.
Take control of a younger vampire with capacity of X who entered play since your last minion phase. That vampire becomes anarch (and independent)."
If a vampire came into play a few turns ago, but merged last turn, is it a valid target for Chameleon?

Compare with this: www.vekn.net/forum/6-rules-questions/68712-legendary-vampire-and-advancing-minions
The vampire in question is/will remain as already too long in the ready region.

Correct. A merged vampire is not a new vampire, and would also still be affected by things that used to target the previous vampire (such as Contracts).
