[DOM] As above, but one of the minions may be the same age or older.

can i take the action for X blood when there are less then X-1 legal minion targets on the table?

i think not, but i want to be sure.

i think not, but i want to be sure.

No you can't. In order to tap X-1 guys, there must be X-1 valid targets when announcing the action (there can be less though when resolving it).
