Burn vs. Damage was created by Trigger

If an action card reads " (d)

Choose a ready titled vampire. That vampire burns 2 blood".
If the vampire in question at the moment only has 1 blood on it, does it lose the one blood and then go to torpor wounded? Or is it not wounded and only the one blood is burned?

burning blood is not damage, so it wouldn't go to torpor. Just one blood gets burned.

burning blood is not damage, so it wouldn't go to torpor. Just one blood gets burned.
