"How have I" is correct.
It's probably easier to use weenies with Necromancy than to try to set up a bunch of infrastructure to have larger vampires use Dolls and then untap in the same turn.

Well, fine. In the context of that sentence, Mr Manysquids is correct. (My apologies, Malachy - I only looked at the two phrases in their context at the end of your post, not in the context of the first sentence of your post.)
