Can pentexed Imbued use a champion Power??

This is react not block or action so I assume yes. Am I wrong??

Yes. In much the same way, a vampire with Pentex Subversion can play a Wake and a Deflection, or Faerie Wards (myt/MYT) to fail an action, or other reaction card combinations that aren't block attempts.
