Anima Gathering and torpor

Can a minion in torpor stay tapped via anima gathering & continue to confer its ability to the 2nd minion?

+1 stealth action.
Auspex(minor): Put this card on this acting vampire and choose another minion you control. Burn this card if this minion untaps. During your untap phase, you may choose not to untap this minion as normal. The chosen minion gets +2 intercept.
Auspex(superior): As above, and the chosen minion also gets +1 bleed.

In fact, there was a deck that used to use Carver's, Isabel and Zoe to get untouchable +4 static intercept on Anneke, AND feed her blood. Nasty, nasty deck

What about Banishment vs the Anima vamp?

The Anima on banished vampire is out of play, no longer providing the intercept.

I was in a bit of a hurry yesterday, as we played a game and I couldn't find the answer.
To be more precise:
What happens with the card Anima Gathering, when playing vampire is influenced out back? As he never unlocked with the card on it, does it still burn due to the fact he is now unlocked (and unlocked per definition before, that way burning the card)? Or is that a cornercase in that the minion stays unlocked and still provides its 2 intercept to the chosen minion?
