Can you move Summon Soul to the top of your deck with a Shroudsight, or is it removed?
Shroudsight
Only usable as an action that requires Necromancy [nec] or Giovanni is announced.
After the action is resolved (successfully or not), you may move the action card used for this action from your ash heap to the top of your library.
As above, but any one card played during this action may be moved from your ash heap to your library.
Summon Soul
+1 stealth action.
[nec] This vampire gains 2 blood.
[NEC] Remove this card from the game and move up to 2 cards from your ash heap to your library. Shuffle your library afterward.

If Summon Soul is successful, it is removed from the game as part of the resolution. Shroudsight can't retrieve it "from the ash heap" after the resolution in that case.
