Inconnu and Narrow Minds

Can any clan play this Narrow Minds event card? Thanks and sorry i just got back into the game and havent seen anything anywhere (in the game) about the Inconnu.

Yes. "Inconnu" on the card is just a keyword with no special meaning in the rules - like "Gehenna" or "Government" on other events, "gun" on equipment, "Black Hand" on some vampires etc. Nothing special happens as a result unless other card text refers to it e.g. ammo for guns.
