What visibility does the cards removed from game have? Who can examine these cards?(for example, cards removed via wider view) Couldn't find it in the rulebook, should it be there?
Overkill is highly underrated. You know, like in computor games and such.

The cards that are removed from play are public information and visible to everyone.
