Reactions played by another player who is not a target of D action

Sorry if this has been asked before but I had problem finding answer for it in search.
Today during the game I had following situation.
My Gratiano attempts to bleed my prey. My prey decides to intercept. I add stealth, he adds intercept,I add more stealth and he doesn't add any more. At that moment my predator decides to play Draba on superior from his untapped vampire
"Reduce the acting minion's stealth to 0. The minion can still increase his or her stealth"
Is this correct?
