Under Siege with Deflection/Telepathic Misdirection was created by Palamedes
How exactly Deflection and Telepathic Misdirection interact with Under Siege and Second Tradition?
Example 1:
Vamp A says Bleed;
Vamp B burns the counter from Under Siege to unlock and attempts to block;
Vamp A says no stealth;
Vamp B before locking for block plays Deflection.
Is this possible/correct?
Example 2:
Vamp A says Bleed;
Vamp B burns the counter from Under Siege to unlock and attempts to block;
Vamp A says no stealth;
Vamp B before locking for block plays Telepathic Misdirection.
Is this possible/correct?
I guess the same goes with Second Trandition instead of Under Siege.
Name: Under Siege
Cardtype: Action
Cost: 1 pool
+1 stealth action. Requires a titled Sabbat vampire. Unique.
Put this card in play with 3 counters. Once each action, a Sabbat vampire you control can burn 1 counter from this card to unlock and attempt to block with +1 intercept, even if intercept is not yet needed. Burn this card if it has no counters.
Name: Deflection
Cardtype: Reaction
Cost: 1 blood
Discipline: Dominate
Only usable if a minion is bleeding you, after blocks are declined.
[dom] Lock this reacting vampire. Change the target of the bleed to another Methuselah other than the acting minion's controller (that Methuselah can attempt to block).
[DOM] As above, but do not lock this vampire.
Name: Telepathic Misdirection
Cardtype: Reaction
Cost: 1 blood
Discipline: Auspex
[aus] +1 intercept.
[AUS] Only usable when a minion is bleeding you, after blocks are declined. Lock this reacting vampire. Change the target of the bleed to another Methuselah other than the acting minion's controller (that Methuselah can attempt to block).
Name: Second Tradition: Domain
Cardtype: Reaction
Requires a ready prince or justicar.
+2 intercept. Also usable by a locked prince or justicar, even if intercept is not yet needed, to burn a blood to unlock and attempt to block with +2 intercept.

Both Deflection and Telepathic Misdirection have the condition "Only usable if a minion is bleeding you, after blocks are declined." - this means that these cards cannot be played in the scenarios you described.

It helps if you read the cards to begin with.

No need for this sort of attitude. The rules section is here for questions and answers, not for being snide.It helps if you read the cards to begin with.
