Baron Dieudonne unlimited actions?

Can Baron Dieudonne keep spending blood and untap after each successful action on their Minion Phase?

no. He uses the "during X, do y" template, and you can only do one y per x.

so he can do it once per minion phase.

The answer can also be found in the rulebook on the website vekn.net in section 11. under Wording templates... unfortunately it didn´t make it into the Fifth Edition one.

While finding the above answer i noticed that the following one has a typo

Rulebook 11 Wording template says:
“Lock X to do Y”: Some cards use this wording, for instance: superior Bauble, Isanwayen. Such effects can’t be used by locked minions, even by those under a wake effect. These effects require an unlocked minion to be used. Conversely, “Lock X. Do Y” effects (for instance: Redirection) are usable by locked minions under a wake effect.

I think the card Bauble is incorrectly referenced and should actually be Babble.

Ankha please review and update when suitable. Also how come the Black Chantry site doesn't have the same rulebook as vekn.net available as well? Is the Fifth Edition rulebook to be seen as a replacement??
