Under Siege and 2nd tradition unlock efect after wake

Locked bloking minion play any wake card and atempts to block action. later during action him need intercept. if him use efect to burn blood from Under Siege,or play 2nd tradition will him unlock?

Under Siege 
+1 stealth action. Requires a titled Sabbat vampire. Unique.
Put this card in play with 3 counters. Once each action, a Sabbat vampire you control can burn 1 counter from this card to unlock and attempt to block with +1 intercept, even if intercept is not yet needed. Burn this card if it has no counters.

Second Tradition: Domain 
Requires a prince or justicar.
+2 intercept. Also usable by a locked prince or justicar, even if intercept is not yet needed, to burn 1 blood to unlock and attempt to block with +2 intercept.

I want to add, that, if a locked vampire is waked, they can play second tradtion to either burn a blood to unlock and get +2 intercept, or burn no blood to stay locked, but still recieve +2 intercept.
