Question regarding Marked Territory was created by Uffdaa
Marked Territory were in the KS back in the days.

The cards can not be obtained, and the question has arisen if it falls into the same category as non printed VTES cards when it comes to a tournament who doesn't allow Proxies.

Like Baba Yaga, who one can Proxy in a tournament who doesn't allow proxies.

For now, PDF cards can always be used in tournament (even if they exist in printed version)

June 2022: This is not true, as you can buy the cards on blackchantry.shop/collections/vampire-the-eternal-struggle-legacy-cards

(although the PDFs are still legal for tournament play, as others have answered)
