Clandestine contrac x Forced March/Freak

Hello good night, I would like to know if the situation below applies to the NRA rule?

Doubt: I performed the action of a Clandestine Contract and the chosen minion did not block.

The card was placed on the target minion (according to the first part of the text). In combat, the opposing minion manages to escape with a Combat Ends. I turn with forced march since the action was successful. Can I tap again using the (second part of the text)?

Card: Clandestine Contract.

+1 stealth action. Contract Requires an Assamite with capacity 5 or more.
Enter combat with a minion and put this card on the target minion.
This Assamite is chosen for this contract. This Assamite can enter combat with the attached minion as a +1 stealth action.

In a local discussion group Roberto Moutone said that in his understanding the action could be repeated, but the closest to official he found was in terminology: www.vekn.net/general-rulings

Other players think it's still the same action and they couldn't get into combat again, so I'm turning to you!
