Rulling Spell of Life

I would like to clarify some doubts about the Spell of Lofe Rulling below:

Card Text:
Spell of Life
+1 stealth action. Only one Spell of Life can be played each turn.

Put this card in play. You can burn five copies of this card in play to put up to five vampires from your uncontrolled region in play; each becomes a unique mummy ally with life equal to capacity, 2 strength and 1 bleed who can enter combat with a minion as a Ⓓ action.

Rulling:

Question A: Can I wait to do it later?

Question B: If the other player who has the cards can choose to burn if you don't?

Question C: Or can I only choose to take effect if I am the owner of the turn?

Yes, the “other” players copies have the same text. One can choose to burn the cards at any time (if more than one player has a card in play follow the sequencing rule).
