Shattering Crescendo and missing target
For example, I play Shattering Crescendo targeting a vampire and an Underbridge Stray, and during the action, the Underbridge Stray is burnt to unlock another minion, does Shattering Crescendo still damage the vampire, or does it fizzle because it no longer has all the targets?
If yes, does the second copy still need to be discarded?

No, both targets would have to be missing for the action to fizzle.Does Shattering Crescendo fizzle if one of its targets are no longer valid at resolution?

Given that you'll need to pick the targets when announcing the action, and the targeting is not dependent on an unknown variable (e.g. Keystone Kine @ obf), why would it resolve with half the chosen targets? No, both targets would have to be missing for the action to fizzle.
Edit: this link here seems to suggest the action fizzles (this was before fizzle was a thing, I think)

The OP mentioned "(or one of the two targets)" which was never directly addressed as a different scenario
Edit again: the Detailed Play Summary also says
(emphasis mine) which would imply that all targets have to be valid or the action fizzzlesIf the action succeeds but the effect (or part of the effect) is no longer valid/legal (because the target leaves play, for example), the cost, if any, is still paid (since the action resolves unblocked) but the invalid portion of the action "fizzles" (is not applied).

No, this ruling is about an effect that explicitely makes the action fail (Secret Passage: "If this minion is the target of a action while he or she is ready, you may burn this card to make the action fail.") and that is usable as soon as the minion with the Secret Passage is one of the targets.
Edit again: the Detailed Play Summary also says

Emphasis mine: only the invalid part does not apply. The action itself doesn't fizzle however as long as there is still a valid part.
