Timing of steps in a blocked action was created by the1andonlime
There are a few long discussions in the Discord server about the timing of steps after a combat arising from a blocked action
The key question is:
Is "after combat" the same window as "after block resolution" and are they also the same window as "after action resolution"?

There are three potential Timing windows here:
1: after combat
2: after block resolution
3: after action resolution
(order and distinctness is assumed, some of these might be at the same time or in different order)
[RTR 19980623] clearly puts the window to play "cats' guidance" "after combat", with the expressed purpose for it to be palyed after form of msit could be used and has been handeld.
this puts a distinct "break" between "after combat" and "after action resolution" since Form Of Mist contination is, and walys was, optional and therefore governd by impulse.
per [LSJ 20030103] Freak drive is used "at the end of the action" (per old wording) this has since been renamed to "after action resolution" if we where to assume that there is no functioncl change this is at the same time, or after, "after block resolution"
The short story is:
If "after block resolution" and "after action resolution" are the same as "after combat" one could play "freak drive" and then use "form of mist" or a blocker coudl play "Cat's guidance" and then "fast reactions"
If "after block resolutionm" and "after action resolution" are not the same and orderd in soem way, you could not play "frek drive" and "cat's guidance" in any order.
