Path of Evil Revelations
Unique.
Put this card in play. During your master phase, you can burn 1 pool to unlock all infernal minions you control. Minions can burn this card as a Ⓓ action that inflicts 1 unpreventable environmental damage on acting vampires.
Perfectionist
Archetype.
Put this card on a vampire you control. Once each turn, this vampire can gain 1 blood after performing a successful action during which no reaction cards are played. A vampire can have only one archetype.
Good evening,
A "Vampire A", possessing a Perfectionist, takes an action to try to burn the Path of Evil Revelations of his prey. That vampire only has one blood. The prey tries to block with any "Vampire B" but "Vampire A" spends his blood paying the cost of card adding +1 stealth to the action, making it successful.
Now, comes the question that came up at the table: the damage that the Path causes to "Vampire A" happens at the same time as the blood gained by the Perfectionist, allowing the controler to choose what happens first or does the damage of the Path comes first, sending the "Vampire A" to torpor?
Thank you, guys.

Perfectionist give the blood after resolution of suceful action, at this time the path already inflicted the damage, so vampire A goes to torpor and gain blood (the action was successful)
