Siren's Lure
[Melpominee]
Only usable by a ready unlocked vampire other than the acting minion if a minion attempts to block. That attempt fails and the blocking minion cannot attempt to block this action again. Lock this vampire and the blocking minion. After the action resolution, this vampire and the blocking minion enter combat.
[Superior Melpominee]
As [Melpominee]
above, but do not lock this modifying vampire.

Since we got fairly recently the clarification that "after combat", "after referendum" or "after bleed" are not identical to "after action resolution" I wanted to ask if Siren's Lure's effect timing is to be understood as "after effect resolution" to match old card text to the new systematic; or if it is actually in the Freak Drive window.

The question came up on Discord related to the new term "queue a combat" in Hedonism's effect; and when that effect should be placed, since there are similarities to Siren's Lure.
