Legacy (Sabbat) Lasombra compatibility with V5 Lasombra (Camarilla)

Hi folks,

I have a rules question with regard to the older Lasombra (pre V5), and the new v5 Camarilla Lasombra cards.

For example Amici Noctis is a Lasombra specific clan card available in the v5 core set, however it does not have the blood splatter which Sabbat cards have. Can this card be played by Legacy Lasombra vampires which have the blood splatter symbol.

The reason I ask is that in VtM lore the Lasombra of the Sabbat are not considered Antitribu, so wanted to understand whether that applied in VTES?

I also have Alicia Cortez, Lasombra of the Camarilla which has the blood splatter on the clan symbol. Is she unable to play Amici Noctis even though she's a part of the Camarilla?

I understand that BC are trying to get away from the legacy clan set-up with the new Sabbat decks, but Lasombra seem to be a bit of an outlier which I'm trying to get clarity on.

The Lasombra are the Lasombra. They've changed their clan symbol like 3 times before this. It used to be an "L".
