Only usable as a directed action is announced. After action resolution, if this action was successful, put 1 corruption counter on a minion controlled by (any of) the target Methuselah(s).

The new text explicetly puts the Effect into well defined and often used "after action reoslution" window, so my question is: does the Above Ruling/Post by LSJ uphold, or has the changed card text changed that?
