As it's not officially released yet, and the path rules are not in the actual rulebook, what follows is "most accurate prediction we have at the time of posting."

Short: Yes.

A vampire can only follow one Path. If a vampire follows a new Path, they no longer follow their old Path but follow the new Path instead. A vampire must be Sabbat to receive the benefits of the above Paths. If a Sabbat vampire following a Sabbat Path changes their sect, they lose the benefit of the Path until they change their sect back to Sabbat.

During your influence phase, each of your Sabbat vampires not following a Path can burn 1 blood to follow a Sabbat Path from the above list.

A Vampire that has been turned Sabbat via effect can burn 1 blood during their controllers influence phase to follow one of the four sabbat paths.

I'm sure it will receive it's own rulebook entry like the "Become Anarch" action has.

let's hope for a reprint with "chose a path" adendum, wait until the influence will be extra hurtful
