Limits of Bauble, the action card

Dear all,

A quick question about the limits of Bauble: trying to give an equipment to a minion who cannot legaly receive it for whatever reasons.

Could you please confirm that we should use the Vast Wealth Ruling from 1995 as a similar basis?
"If the minion can't equip with that card, for whatever reason, then the card is simply burned, and no cost to "equip" is paid."
=> If the equipment cannot be legally placed on the vampire, it is burned without cost. [TOM 19950407]

A few specific examples:
- Trying to give a 2nd vehicule to a minion
- Trying to give an equipment to Enkidu or Ponticulus
Can you please confirm that the vehicule card goes to asheap and therefore, there is no way to burn the Bauble with its own card text?

Put this card on this vampire, search your library for a non-unique non-location equipment card, and put it on another minion you control (ignore requirements and cost; shuffle afterward). This vampire cannot perform actions, block or cast votes or ballots. You can burn this card and the chosen equipment during your unlock phase or after the minion with the chosen equipment leaves the controlled region.

Vast Vealth
Put this card on a ready minion you control. If you control this minion, they can equip with the first equipment you find in your library as a +1 stealth equip action (working down from the top; requirements and cost apply as normal; shuffle afterward).

Hawg
A minion may have only 1 vehicle.

Ponticulus
He cannot act and he cannot have or use equipment.

Enkidu The Noah
He cannot have or use equipment.

Ponticulus wording is simple.
"He cannot act and he cannot have or use equipment."
Thus Vast Wealth is a dead card on him.

you can place it, as it targets a minion, but he needs to act to activate it.

Hawg,
If done with Bauble, vehicle will be placed on minion, but you need to select what vehicle will be burned, old or new one.

Enkidu The Noah and Bauble, equipment should be burned once placed on him, thus sticking your vampire in locked state.

Enkidu The Noah and Vast Wealth, you can place it, but if you find equipment that is not a location once in play, should burn after the resolution.
