5.2. Unsportsmanlike Conduct and tournament organizers was created by Kilrauko
Hypothetical situation;
FIFA World Cup 2026 is ongoing and yellow nation is playing against green nation in the finals in the evening. At the same time a VEKN standard tournament advertised in VEKN event calendar as rounds 3 + Final with time Limit 2. During that standard tournament, it happens to be case that some followers of yellow nation wish to watch their long awaited world cup finals on the evening and propose the tournament organizer to postpote the final until the match is finished. The tournament organizer chooses to allow this and hence the finals are moved forward x amount of time + y for possible overtime. Eventually both the FIFA finals are played and after that the VEKn finals so the tournament ends.
1) Is tournament organizer allowed to alter tournament timetable freely during active tournament?
2) At what point, if any, is tournament organizer moving the games later considered to acting in unsportsmanlike conduct?
Note the above hypothetical, this is not archon excel troubles, force majoure third party firedrill or some other, but a situation with deliberate choice made. Rules as they are now do not have any minutes in them which means technically VEKN tournament organizer can postpone the finals to next year if they wish, provided that it's not unsportsmanlike conduct. Note how the conduct binds all participants equally including the organizers.
3) If moving the finals/rounds/timetable forward is allowed for some reasons (firedrills, medical emergencies etc...) does yellow nation players wish to watch their team play constitute among such in above example?
4) What other sports, activities, customs or cultures warrant similar treatment if 3 is true?
5) What level of organization member do you need to be to request such postponing for activities listed in 4 if such is allowed?
6) Are players who wish to partake in third party activities in conflict with tournament timetable for whatever reasons encouraged to just follow 3.1.4 as it's the route of actual sportsmanlike conduct?
7) If no, what they should do instead?
Do not ask why I made this post, I will not elaborate further.
I tried to make the numbered questions yes or no answerable apart from 2), 4), 5) and 7) that are dependent on the previous answers.

5.2. Unsportsmanlike Conduct
Unsportsmanlike conduct is unacceptable and will not be tolerated at any time. Players who engage in unsportsmanlike conduct will be subject to the appropriate provisions of the V:EKN Penalty Guidelines and will be subject to further V:EKN review. Judges, players, spectators, and officials must behave in a polite, respectable, and sportsmanlike manner. In addition, players must not use profanity, argue, act belligerently toward tournament officials or one another, or harass spectators, tournament officials, or opponents. See also "Play to Win" in section 4.8 above.1) Is tournament organizer allowed to alter tournament timetable freely during active tournament?

3.1.4. Bowing Out of an Event
Players choosing to leave (quit playing) an event must inform the scorekeeper before the seatings for the next round are generated. Players leaving the tournament after the scorekeeper begins seatings for the next round receive a "Loss" in the upcoming round and will be removed from the event after that round.6) Are players who wish to partake in third party activities in conflict with tournament timetable for whatever reasons encouraged to just follow 3.1.4 as it's the route of actual sportsmanlike conduct?

If the organizer, head judge, and all finalists agree to the delay and the venue is available for the delayed start, then that is a matter for the participants.
Were I in said final, I would have not wanted such a delay. At which point, I would expect the requesting player acquiesce or bow out.

I can understand that unexpected situations happen, but a change like this would be quite frustrating, especially for people who have traveled a long way. It would leave a sour taste and would probably influence my decision about attending future tournaments organized by the same group.
