Ok, so the argument is: a card has effect A, but can have effect B. It is allowed to play it for effect A, even if effect B can maybe not be resolved.

I underatand the logic, i cant think of an other example rifht now. Intresting.

Another example is Break the Bonds [obf] not being decided until the very last moment, because the ultimate target of the bleed being unknown. This argument however holds no water if the target of the bleed controls no minions and can't bounce, at which point the [obf] portion of the card shouldn't be a valid choice on declaration. But it is.

How, exactly? Two Wrong's card text below, emphasis mine.

Master: out-of-turn. Trifle.
Play when a minion controlled by a Methuselah other than your predator is bleeding you after blocks are declined. That minion is now bleeding his or her prey. The next card that would change the target of this bleed is canceled as it is played.
