Unforgiving heaven and target leg

I just saw a preview of an upcoming card (halito negro).
I tried to look for an answer with a similar card without success:

Does the strike inflicts 4R aggravated damages to the demon retainers in combat ?

Are the damages done to the retainers this way "strike damages" or "environmental damages" ?
