Name: Spell of Life
[LotN:C, POD:DTC]
Cardtype: Action
Clan: Ministry
+1 stealth action. Only one Spell of Life can be played each turn.
Put this card in play. You can burn five copies of this card in play to put up to five vampires from your uncontrolled region in play; each becomes a unique mummy ally with life equal to capacity, 2 strength and 1 bleed who can enter combat with a minion as a (D) action.

I know based on reading the previous rules you can use another spell of life by another player to burn the required 5 copies.
1. My first question is this do the mummies have any of the abilities listed in the card? Eg. plus one strength or +1 hand size?. I know votes are obviously not counted but was wondering if traits were nullified as they are mummies and not vampires.
Eg. Would a mummy Nakhthoreb have plus 1 strength and the ability to unlock during your minion phase?
2. Oh and a second question if I may. These mummies don't count as ministers/Follwers of Set so they don't get affected by clan specific effects like Akhenaten burning a follower of Set. Its probably no, but just also wanted to be sure since I have been surprised by some rulings before.
3. Can you burn a mummy lets says 10 cap through Khobar Tower and gain 10 pool as it says minion. I was not sure if the life of the mummy is treated as the cost . I was thinking it would give 10 pool or 0 pool.

Sorry if this was asked somewhere else, I could not find a specific answer for this.

1. No. The only thing "copied" from original card is capacity (becoming life).
EDIT: I think name is also copied, but it's irrelevant to the questions here.
2. Yes, these cards are allies, not vampires, so definitely do not belong to a clan or sect and can't play cards requiring a vampire.
3. Always worth citing card text. KT:
Unique location.
Lock during your unlock phase to remove a ready minion you control from the game and gain X pool, where X is their capacity or cost.

It says nothing about life. Allies in general do not have capacity. These mummies cost is 0

I need to revert this (or errata the card) because it's wrong. Costs cannot be paid with other Methuselahs' resources.

No, they are just unique allies with the same name using the crypt card as blank placeholder.

Eg. Would a mummy Nakhthoreb have plus 1 strength and the ability to unlock during your minion phase?

No.

2. Oh and a second question if I may. These mummies don't count as ministers/Follwers of Set so they don't get affected by clan specific effects like Akhenaten burning a follower of Set. Its probably no, but just also wanted to be sure since I have been surprised by some rulings before.

No, they are mummy allies, not vampires.

These mummies have no cost.

No ability transfer/ ignore the vampire text. Transformed vampires are just mummies.

They are not affected by Ministry cards. They are affected by ally cards - Unmasking the, Entrancement, ...

The pool cost is 0, as they are considered allies while in play. Once in the graveyard, "Redeem the Lost Soul" works fine.
