"cancel" button submits was created by Pascal Bertrand

I've had several posts submitted when clicking on "Cancel" (mostly when replying). This shouldn't, probably, be that way

Don't Cancel, just go back one page.

I experienced the same problem once. This post was also submitted by clicking on Cancel.
