The online rulebook

The old online rulebook on the WW/CCP site had links to every subsection in the menu. I always found this extremely handy when linking specific parts of the rulebook in a usenet post, an e-mail or on our national forum.

I noticed that the new rulebook only has links to entire chapters in the menu and then opens the selected chapter as an entire new page instead of just jumping to the appropriate chapter within the already opened document. This seems rather, um, inefficient.

I personally find the new online rulebook a downgrade from the old one and it would be extremely nice if we could get the old rulebook's functionality back on the new VEKN site.

There appear to be some format errors in the rulebook, I am getting many replacement characters in place of ' such as "Methuselah's" I have tried changing my encoding in several ways, but the symbol is not being recognized with Chrome or Firefox. Also a quick scan of the pdf top link will show chopped lines and miss-stacked text.
