Titles limited to 60 characters

Would it be possible to extend it to more (like 200)?
60 characters is too short in many cases and leads to truncated titles, especially:
- in tournament announcements where you must specify the location, date, tournament name in the title
- card ideas where tags such as "Submission" already takes 1/6 of the title, and doesn't leave much space to add tags (such as : Tzimisce master crypt acceleration)

I've already done it on the French forum and haven't seen any abuse.

I can check where this is limited and if it's feasible to modify forum software in this way. If it requires changes to forum component code, I wouldn't suggest it.

I have extended this to 90 characters. Further extension would require modifying the database.

This has been apparently reverted, but down to 50 characters
Is that normal? Can we go back to 90 characters?
