Card Sellers - individual cards

someone on BGG bought a random bulk lot from Troll and Toad which listed it as having multiple sets, but it turned out to be 99% jyhad with just a handful from those other sets. So they were a little disappointed.

has anyone ever purchased singles from that guy in France, I think his name is Tyler? goes by the handle of fala545 or something like that. He has this huge VTES singles list that he was spamming to the newsgroup a while back, looked like a good selection actually, but no idea if anyone had actually had success ordering from him.
