so I was looking at Sasu's single cards list for sale.
" 04 Summon History (80e piece) (Total: 300e, including registered mail)"
Can someone explain me the craze aroune Summon History ? If someone is willing to pay 80€ for a single vtes card, it must be very very strong and win tournaments, no ? Please, if you have seen this card in action, sweeping tables and destroying malks, tupdogs, warghouls and princes alike, tell me.

No, Summon History is not that powerful. In VTES, rarity isn't indexed to power. Thank God. People chase after Summon History because its effects are unique; they enable completely new deck archetypes. That, combined with its rarity - it was printed once, and the set was bought up very quickly - makes it expensive.

and btw, I had some deals with finnish traders recently and they all are very pricy. Card prices are at least ebay prices, even higher sometimes. It's not a taunt or anything like that, just an information

Basically I have seen three different styles of using Summon History, almost all the time the first stuff that is fetched is Ankara Citadel to reduce the cost of the following SH actions.
1. Fetching expensive equipment or equipment that is usually not available to True Brujah due to clan restrictions. In this case the card is used as improved version of Magic of the Smith (although lacking the stealth MotS provides). The deck either tends to be wallish or bleed orientated.
2. Fetching expensive allies or allies that is usually not available to True Brujah due to clan restrictions. The first type is usually using it for recruiting rush allies such as Remnant or Renegade Garou, the later often to fetch more defensive allies such as Ponticulus or Tye Cooper.
3. Fetching high cap. vampires (most often IC members) cheaply and then using them for bleeding (or more rarely voting).
None of these decks are not truly tier 1 decks (in a narrow sense). It may still take some time for the VTES community to come up with more streamlined, optimized and (most of all) efficient version .. a task for the Swedes or Fins, I guess.
In terms of pricing the card I agree with the comments of DeathInABottle. It's somewhat unique in what it does (circumventing requirements and fetching big cap. vampires) and you can build a variety of different deck types with it (see above). But in contrast to Mata Hari, you need 6-8 in a deck and it's a rare of set with smallish print run size. 80 EUR is way up from the latest prices I remember on EBay, around ~50 EUR, which is still pretty high.

4. Obfuscate weenies and Agent of Power + Lilith's Blessing.
Badr al-Budur, Zebulon, Didi Meyers and Count Ormonde can all play Deflections. Aggrippina and Duck can play inferior Hourglass of The Mind in a pinch, Anwar and Tansu can use Deviki and Ghouls of Plaza Moreria.
Against combat decks, you Summon Ponticulus, Tye Cooper and blood denial allies (or Muddled Vampire Hunter if applicable). Against soft targets, Ossian + Trap and Tye Cooper for cleaning up and getting the Trap back.
