Looking for Delaying Tactics, Hoover art

I'm collecting all of the art from one artist across CCGs, and I still need one card from VTES or Jyhad: Delaying Tactics. I'm looking for the copy with the original Quinton Hoover art. It shows a ballot box in the foreground and a vampire with a hidden parchment behind his back in the background. I'm looking to buy it for money from a member who is reputable enough not to take the money and run lol. Please reply here or send me a message if you have this card!
