Suspicious Trade List - Facebook

-A member of the VtES community acted in a way that was possibly harmful to the Community as a whole.
-The community members appointed to organize it, took extraordinary measures to eradicate behavior that only they can judge.
-The party at fault left the Community and started their own independent means to keep the same activity in parallel (but isolated) from the official ones.
-Accusations are thrown between said player (or group of players) and members of the Community that are proven to be helpful, good organizers, hard workers for the common good and seem interest in the game, not their egos.
"All this happened before. All this will happen again".
just some quote from Battlestar Galactica

Brum,
Thats a line from Peter Pan.
This has all happened before, and it will all happen again, but this time it happened in london...
Anyway, ive met legit sellers before who were banned from ebay (he kinda sold stuff strictly not allowed. Not vtes related, but he was a vtes seller) but if someone wants to sell outside of ebay, auctions are dumb if you arent extremely organized and reputable. Since those adjectives hardly fit the case, id have to say that this individual, whom ive never met and know absolutely nothing firsthand about, should cut thier damn losses and either look to sell outright, through an organization if they are stuck on the idea of auction (im talking about ebay) or give up and try to sell outright or even auction at an event.
Yelling (on the interenet, so its even less useful.....) about adcusations when someone tries to give a pretty tight knit community (hey, even people i dont like i can still respect, and we all at least care about vtes globally) a heads up about a possible bad thing. What ive a new playgroup got burned on a bunk deal and we lost a dozen or so players? All bad. What if its a legit thing and you handled this a less than optimal way due to shitty circumstances and stress? That can be rectified by trying again in a less suspicious and more regulated way.
Dont throw mud. If you fucked up and need absolution, seek it, make it happen. If you did no wrong, and feel it important for people to know this, prove it and fo about your buisiness in a way that leaves no ambiguation with methods, intentions, or honesty.
Its not brain surgery, and props to Brazil for being as booming as it is. I wish central ohio still was, but OOP cardcames cant keep up with our flavor of the week mtg kids that jump ship when they get frustrated about no brick and mortar availability then laugh about printing cards. Heres to hoping we all get bigger geoups though, preferably without these unpleasant situations arising.

A long time ago there were problems with people dealing with Brazilian players.
Either by eBay, trades or direct sales.
Brasil had a bad rep and that is a fact.
Roberto and Desso (and others) seem to be doing a good job in growing the game in Brasil and also improving the atmosphere between playgroups.
I see the OP as continuing the work of improving Brasil's image to the outside world and a show of transparency.
I might be wrong of course.
But I tend towards the people who devote hours and hours of work, effort and money to help the Community.
So far, out of the dozens of such volunteers, I've only been disappointed once, so I like those odds.

Like redlist already said, he's interested in having Pacek removed from the NC position.
I'm not absolutely sure whether a regular player can call for a vote to have the NC replaced although I think that it is the local Princes who normally choose the local NC.
VTES/Innner Circle won't remove NC position from anyone, it is the chore for locals.
