Amaranth Deck Builder- Error can not scroll down

I am running Chrome. The scroll down bar has disappeared on the right side of the decks screen.

It has to do with how the browswer sees the window with the deck titles in it. It is defaulting to the sidebar on the left. You have to click on the row with "Your Decks" to bring that to the top, then you can use Page UP and Page DOWN to scroll through your decks.
