Legacy of Blood predates the introduction of Draft Text.

Ebony Kingdom did have a number of cards with draft text though.

The Alastors and Anarchs storyline also had a couple of cards with draft effects.

I've taken the spreadsheet linked to earlier and updated it with what I think it the complete set of additional draft effects - it's available at drnlm.org/~neil/VTES/
