Sutekh 0.8.14

On behalf of the Sutekh development team I'm delighted to announce the release of Sutekh 0.8.14

This is an update and bugfix release for Sutekh 0.8. In particular, Sutekh 0.8.12 adds full support for the new First Blood set. It also now correctly interprets the "LARP1" rarity for Anthology cards.
